I placed an order 01/08, and the following morning at 4am they sent me the UPS tracking info. I paid for expedited shipping and was happy to see it being processed so quickly - BUT - as of 01/27pm my order still has not been given to UPS. Customer service will not respond to requests for status or requests to cancel my order. Looks like I'll have to contact my bank to dispute the charges.
