I think their customer service is right on it. I had a concern. I ordered three containers of 120 pills each (360 total) I opened a subscription because I wanted to pay the lesser amount. You are supposed to take one a day. I’m sure it was automatic because most subscriptions are they wanted to send another order a month later. I contacted them via email because I literally had a years worth of pills and I didn’t see any reason to get more. A very nice person named Shannon got back to me within an hour. She canceled my upcoming order and there was no charge on my card. Bravo, problem solved.
