I placed my order on August 17, 2025–with Bella & Co—paid for the bogus shipping insurance (there was no way to opt out) and my package was “lost” in transit after it took FOREVER to ship and then sat for weeks with no movement. They changed their business name to Belle & Ivy—without warning—and shutdown the Bella & Co website. Given their lack of resolution, I will be filing a lawsuit on Friday. I guess they thought their information was private, but I’m a consumer protection attorney… my job is to out everything that I need to know. Maybe the punitive damages will make them change their ways.
