terrible experience

I order 3 necklaces, it took them more than 3 weeks to deliver the order, and the first necklace we open was broken. We try contacting their customer service without any response.Terrible experience.

Do not order from them

Do not order from them. Ordered in August 28th, still haven’t received my order, it’s now Oct 31st . Tracking doesn’t work. They responded initially to my inquiry where my item was, now they have ghosted me.

This is a SCAM

This is a SCAM! Never received my order. They created a fake shipping label and when they finally responded after a month they told me “ oh we just had to change the status, all should be good now” NOPE!! Now they don’t respond, and the site that I ordered from is no longer valid. I should have read these reviews before ordering but you live and learn. Hope this prevents you from making the same mistake I did!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! Unless you have money to just give away.

Never Received Order!!

I placed an order for 3 necklaces and after 2 months of writing back & forth with the company, they stopped responding to me and I still have no necklaces. SCAM site!! Also called Svelte Boutique.

Lawsuit pending!

I placed my order on August 17, 2025–with Bella & Co—paid for the bogus shipping insurance (there was no way to opt out) and my package was “lost” in transit after it took FOREVER to ship and then sat for weeks with no movement. They changed their business name to Belle & Ivy—without warning—and shutdown the Bella & Co website. Given their lack of resolution, I will be filing a lawsuit on Friday. I guess they thought their information was private, but I’m a consumer protection attorney… my job is to out everything that I need to know. Maybe the punitive damages will make them change their ways.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I ordered the buy 1 necklace and get 2 free deal for the gifts for my daughters friends at her birthday. I ordered on July 23...it is now August 7 and no necklaces. The shipping label was created more than 10 days ago but the items are just sitting there waiting to be shipped! I contacted the company asking for my money back after I realised they will not make it in time since they have not been shipped yet and they informed me that they cannot. So now they are holding my money and necklaces hostage! I will not have giveaways for my daughters friends now which I told them! Horrible customer service and terrible shipping times. If you need a gift within a months time do not order from this company! Buy from Amazon and save yourself the disappointment and frustration!

I bought the buy 1 get 2 bubble name…

I bought the buy 1 get 2 bubble name necklaces for my daughters and after 2 days mine has completed tarnished, letters have turned pink. Been trying to get my refund (30-day guarantee) for 30 days now and keep getting told it's been escalated to the next department. So that next department is either really busy with claims or this is going to be very difficult to get my money back.

Shop with someone else

Shipping time on website says 7-10 business days. I placed an order on May 7, i received an email with a tracking number on May 8 but the package wasn't actually taken to usps till June 5. I got notice by text that my package was delivered yesterday June 6 but I did not see a package. I filed a missing package report with usps and they informed me that the package was in fact delivered, but to a completely different name and address. I reached out to the seller, lets see if they respond as they normally take 3 days or more to respond, or they dont respond at all.

Dont do it

Dont do it! Im STILL waiting for my order placed in May for my granddaughters birthday. This company is unprofessional. It takes your order and then says they are backed up…you have to wait. Communication is poor and there is bo phone number to call. Dont waste your time. I ordered a second necklace from another source and it arrived promptly.

Jewelry is garbage DO NOT BUY

Jewelry is garbage, lost stones a little after a month of receiving it. I emailed them and they told me nothing they could do. I didn’t expect to last forever but it didn’t even last a month and it wasn’t worn daily.
