Belway home review- barrhead

All through the sale was really good and Joanne in the sales team was excellent kept me informed throughout.When I first moved in I had some snagging nothing serious mostly minor.However the garden was absolutely shocking with a fence that didn't run straight, which apparently depends if ypu fence faces somewhere it can be seen if ypu get a level fence. Also the garden was completely flooded and dangerous my daughter got stuck in it the mud was that deep, even after providing belway with photos of it previously flooded and after 4 visits from.various site manager nothing was done, couldn't even connect the drain which they had forgotten to connect. I have since took 55 tonnes of mud put my backdoor before hitting any decent ground at my own cost so be prepared.During this period I had to ask.a so called area manager to leave my house and he was threatening and extremely rude.After a year a had outstanding snagging still including kitchen extra which I paid to get the "gold" standard. A site manager again visited and agreed the snagging list for around the 10th time. I'm now 16 month in my property and had around 15 days off for tradesmen to snag and I have double figure snagging items still outstanding.Including water damaged to my brand new flooring and kitchen cupboard which still don't work correctly, the advice for them was to adjust them weekly due to poor design !!!!!!!Everything up to move in day was great but after that Belway haven't been great. I love the lay put of my house but I don't think Amy of my future houses will be with belway .*** update still awaiting snagging to be completed and received a great email today advising that damage caused by belway during the snagging should just be claimed through my own house insurance as there not willing to fix the damage !!!! Stay away from Belway people in same estate still have snagging outstanding and it's nearly 3 years!!!!
