The sales advisor (Lesley) has been very helpful and friendly, very professional.We did have some minor issues to deal with,the site manager (Terry) solved the issues very quickly. We are really pleased with our new home and would definitely recommend Bellway!

We have recently purchased our second bellway home. We are at the Dargavel village development and after not having the best first experience buying our first home the difference in this one is night and day. I can’t recommend the staff that are now at this development enough and really strive to provide good customer service. Site manager John goes above and beyond his role of site manager and is a credit to the company. Also assistant site manager Robert which has now moved to another site but through our journey before moving in was always there if we needed him. Also like to mention Catriona the sales advisor at our site who created such a positive experience buying our home and built such a good relationship with us. Again she goes above and beyond her role. This development has a fab team who are a credit to the company.

From start to finish, they went above and beyond to ensure my experience was smooth, supportive, and truly enjoyable.Sarah and Laura were absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. I wouldn’t give Bell one star. Roman Gate Malta Mowrey is shambolic. Over 35 residents now coming together to take action against Bellway for inadequate Gardens which were beautifully laid but not laid properly just on top of clay which were lovely and green when we all moved in, but weeks later they on our black. Don’t care don’t want to accept responsibility, don’t buy !!!
All through the sale was really good and Joanne in the sales team was excellent kept me informed throughout.When I first moved in I had some snagging nothing serious mostly minor.However the garden was absolutely shocking with a fence that didn't run straight, which apparently depends if ypu fence faces somewhere it can be seen if ypu get a level fence. Also the garden was completely flooded and dangerous my daughter got stuck in it the mud was that deep, even after providing belway with photos of it previously flooded and after 4 visits from.various site manager nothing was done, couldn't even connect the drain which they had forgotten to connect. I have since took 55 tonnes of mud put my backdoor before hitting any decent ground at my own cost so be prepared.During this period I had to ask.a so called area manager to leave my house and he was threatening and extremely rude.After a year a had outstanding snagging still including kitchen extra which I paid to get the "gold" standard. A site manager again visited and agreed the snagging list for around the 10th time. I'm now 16 month in my property and had around 15 days off for tradesmen to snag and I have double figure snagging items still outstanding.Including water damaged to my brand new flooring and kitchen cupboard which still don't work correctly, the advice for them was to adjust them weekly due to poor design !!!!!!!Everything up to move in day was great but after that Belway haven't been great. I love the lay put of my house but I don't think Amy of my future houses will be with belway .*** update still awaiting snagging to be completed and received a great email today advising that damage caused by belway during the snagging should just be claimed through my own house insurance as there not willing to fix the damage !!!! Stay away from Belway people in same estate still have snagging outstanding and it's nearly 3 years!!!!
We were looking at houses and didn't think we could afford the house we wanted, explaining all our affordability they said get the valuations done as they have flexibility, several people said this and they were very helpful, the valuations was done and the valuation was a joke ! We had other valuations done and also on part exchange but 20k difference, even though the estate agents told me what they valued it at, then to top it all off the last person I spoke to asked what i wanted and said she would see what she could do and try her best, we had already agreed on turf and flooring, she was very obstructive and not helpful compared to everyone else, no phone call in nearly a week, tried to ring them all day every day and no reply, drove down there and office was shut, finally got hold of her and I was told can knock 10k off the price, I thought great but then she said but you will have to pay for all the flooring and turf which she worked out cost 12k, which was different than the original cost advised, she said at one point didn't think they would agree to what I wanted then Said she tried to ring me lots of times, I could tell this wasn't true, I then said could we still choose tiles, kitchen as waw advised we could to be told by her no the part timer got it wrong and the others were being unprofessional, also told we had a day to decide or part exchange would be taken away totally shocking experience !! I believe if I had been dealt with by someone else my experience would have been different and we would be looking forward to buying our new home
The bond in between the tiles has started to crack, and the sealent has started to break away. Not even my 4th month in this new build... The floor boards near my bedroom window creak. Spoken to customer service and they didn't help one bit, just plain rude. Absolutely awful service.
