Moved into a so called “luxury riverside apartment” in Greenwich, London. The communal areas were the worst I’ve ever seen and not in keeping with the already existing buildings on the estate by precious builders. Cheap dirty carpets, terrible lighting and poor structural planning. The corridors just feel like student halls!To add insult to injury, they have just unveiled the final phase of the development and the new communal areas there have been built to a much higher quality than ours. The customer service agents refuse to change or accept responsibility and we feel very cheated and let down.
