My experience with Bits has been very positive! If I ever run into an issue the support team is always available with REAL PEOPLE who answer the lines to help. Leenesh is one of the people who helped me with my issue and it made things so much better props to him he was very professional I recommend anyone try and use the bits card it's very good! (I do wish it was monthly and not weekly that's why it's not 5 and it's 4 stars Change that and you got a 5 across the board!

Great for users with bad credit

Fantastic for users with bad credit to help build their score, very user friendly app, eaay to make payments and a fantastic customer service team. I'm still unsure about the store card in the app but thats probably just me not understanding how it works, all in all, 8/10

Great card really helps us by with unexpected bills and the weekly payments work great for us as I’m weekly paid from work so it’s perfect. Not looking my over for weeks on end.
