The service is unprofessional and lacks clarity when engaging with customers. I requested my credit report, but they did not provide accurate information about the required documents and were unresponsive to my inquiries. Consequently, the process took much longer than it should have.
The company has not fulfilled its responsibilities under the UK GDPR. Despite receiving a formal notice regarding a disputed entry, they refused to restrict processing while verifying accuracy. Instead of enforcing the necessary statutory restrictions, they suggested a voluntary notice that does not prevent ongoing credit issues. I recorded a decline in my credit score during the period without restrictions. Since both the company and the lender have declined to follow proper procedures, I have escalated this to the regulatory office. Consumers should know that their data protection rights may require regulatory action to be upheld.

Today, I needed to contact the company by phone. Initially, I felt quite anxious, but I was connected to a very helpful representative. I explained my confusion about obtaining my credit report, and she guided me through the process so I could access it. She reassured me that everything was fine with my report and that I could call back for further assistance if needed. I ended my inquiry feeling completely satisfied. A big thank you to the representative, and I hope to receive similar support in the future.
I attempted to switch energy suppliers for better rates and was accepted, but the company used this service as a credit agency and I was denied despite having an excellent credit score. I have always paid my bills on time for many years. It seems the issue may stem from not having a credit card, which I don't need since I use a debit card. They have provided false information and I plan to take action against them.
What is the purpose of this service? I had a fraudulent entry on my credit report and reported it, only to receive a computer-generated response stating they would do nothing and that I must dispute it directly with the company. It feels utterly pointless! Other services handle disputes on your behalf and respond promptly.
The company claims to report my credit score to my bank, but they have penalized me for not having a credit card. However, I do have one! Their excuse is that not all credit card providers share information with them. This flaw in their reporting makes their credit score unreliable for major banks.
The initial email response did not address any of my complaints. This was followed by an advisor who provided an even more dismissive response. In my opinion, they should be removed from operation. They let everyone down, claiming to perform a job that they clearly do not fulfill. I am shocked by their incompetence.
