My husband was terminally ill and wanted to safeguard our home and ordered camera's for my protection. When my husband ordered the camera's from Camtrix he thought he was ordering one camera however, the site automatically charged him for 3, and also £14.97 for extended warranty bringing the total bill to £125. He raised the problem with the support team on the 12th November 2023 and was told it could not be cancelled as the order had been shipped. When the camera's arrived they were not for external use as thought and were therefore not suitable for us. My husband died on the 12th December and I contacted the company by email as soon as practicable explaining the situation. I was told by email to return the camera's, tracking the package which I did. On the 4th January I sent them the tracking number and was told I would be reimbursed when the package was received in the warehouse. Despite repeated emails and a telephone call and confirming receipt of the camera's they have failed to return the money saying I had failed to return within the 30 days refund period.
