Scam, took my money and never shipped. They said the mini cameras were shipped but couldn't give me a tracking number. At that point like 10 days I told them to refund my money. They said they would but I put a dispute in with my credit card. My money was returned to me not sure if it was sent or if the card just took it back.
Okay, to be honest, I am making a return as this system is not compatible with my system. I just contacted Customer Support & they have been extremely fast in getting back to me. I am a bit worried that my refund is somehow not being honoured & they mentioned 25%? So, I hope that refers to the original offer which was giving customers a 75% discount. I hope it all makes sense eventually.
After I contacted PayPal and they gave me another avenue to reach the company where I purchased the products, I was finally able to reach a person; namely, Victor. He has responded to my emails swiftly and with excellent information to hopefully resolve my request for a refund.
The support provided was outstanding, and I received a response very quickly. However, I find the product quite difficult to understand due to my age of 80. My English skills are limited, and I have vision issues; the instructions are not in large enough print. I attempted to use the hearing aid but was unsuccessful. Apologies for that.
There was no total price review before I made the payment! The pricing was misleading, and they refuse to issue a refund, citing rapid processing as an excuse. There are no protections for changing your mind. Like many online sellers from abroad, there’s no clarity on the currency being charged. I’ve heard about a 30-day return period for customer satisfaction, so I’ll see if they actually honor that.
The product I ordered is significantly delayed. I bought a face mask with an eye shield nearly two weeks ago, and the latest update shows it is only now being inspected by customs. I'm wondering why it's taking so long, as I hoped to have it before the holidays.
