This company is a scam. I returned the goods and they admitted receiving them and then said a refund would be forthcoming - this was back in January. Several reminder emails and still no refund. Now they tell me (end of March) that they can't issue me a refund as the 'Refund Period Ended'. They ask me via Trustpilot to give them details so they would look into it. But they know all these details and regularly send me emails saying that they will refund me, then don't. Now they say that the 'Refund Period Ended'. Chatbox obviously.
