You people who got robbed because they wouldn’t give you a refund all you have to do is have a copy of some correspondence between you and them like where they claim there is no warranty. Then keep their reply or make note if no reply. Email again saying you’re waiting for an answer please refund the money and if you get nothing back use that evidence, then go to your bank and do a chargeback on the transaction and you just fill in a form you show them the evidence and explain the story and they just take the money back from the bank account that it was paid to put it back in your account. I’ve done it plenty of times I’ve never tried to and not got it back but you do have to be organised with the paperwork. Good luck.
