Predatory customer service. Needed to swap out boot inserts from a birthday present and they charged my 60 year old father for an entire new membership and set of inserts ($500+). They generated a "return label" that I had to pay postage for and put another label on? Now they say they haven't received my return and won't refund the product. I don't have tracking, but I put their "label" on the outside as requested. This is a shame because I like the product, but the company seems like they might be scamming customers. My father had to finally ask for a refund for the additional membership they charged (he was now paying for an extra membership that no one was using as part of their "return"). Avoid Carv.
