Frustrating Experience with App and Support

I received the product as a gift last season and enjoyed the app and live coaching while skiing. During our family ski holiday, I gifted my husband the upgraded version, which was supposed to include an annual pass. I also needed to purchase a new pass since mine had expired. Unfortunately, day passes are no longer available, forcing me to buy a week or annual pass. I was frustrated that my weekend skiing cost £100, but I opted for the annual pass on the first day of our trip. Sadly, the access code never arrived, leaving me unable to use the app for two days of skiing. I've emailed support several times, receiving only acknowledgments and no resolution. I'm quite disappointed and would advise potential customers to reconsider this product.

Outstanding Support Experience

The customer support team is exceptional. I've used this service for several years and have consistently received outstanding support. They handled my auto-renewal issue swiftly and issued a refund immediately. This experience alone makes me eager to recommend them in the future. Additionally, the product has significantly improved my skiing skills, although I feel I now need some one-on-one coaching. I may return in a few seasons as the technology advances.

The real-time coaching is incredibly valuable as it detects your actions and provides instant tips to enhance your skiing. While the device is impressive, the customer support is even better. After an injury, I had to pause my membership, and the team was very understanding, allowing me to resume without any issues two years later. When a pressure sensor malfunctioned, they quickly agreed to replace and upgrade the entire system. Experiencing such excellent support is rare.
