This company provides the best customer service. I order the sensor 3 years ago, this ski holiday the shoe inlay malfunctioned. I was helped very well by customer support via the app, this even in the weekends and on Sunday. Got new inlay shipped, out of warranty period at not costs. Despite I couldn’t use it during my holidays, I am extremely satisfied by the help and understanding. In the meanwhile received the replacement inlays, ready for the next season. By the way the getcarv sensors kick ass, helped me to ski a lot beter!
