I have mixed feelings on this company. I ordered my first night guard from Cheeky a year ago. I don’t recall a long waiting period for any of the steps, from the impression kit to receiving the night guard. When I received the product (soft), it truly saved my life. My headaches and jaw aches went away immediately, and the guard was comfortable enough. I ordered a new one (hybrid this time) a few months ago, and although I had selected the one time replacement option, they signed me up for a subscription. I emailed customer service, and it took a few days, but it was straightened out. Again, I received this guard in a decent amount of time. I stupidly left the guard out of the case and my puppy chewed it, so I had to order a new one again and I paid the $20-something for one business day shipping. This is when I became upset with the company. I placed an order on 1/29 and didn’t receive the guard until 2/12. 2 whole weeks. During that time, I emailed customer service several times asking where it was and demanding a refund for the one day shipping cost. At first, it was explained to me that one day shipping means after the product has been made, which could be 5-7 days post order. Ok… but then a shipping label was created on 2/3. And the product wasn’t shipped until 2/10. A whole week after. I emailed angry again. They refunded me the shipping cost and apologized. I finally received the guard, and the shipping label clearly says USPS Ground, nothing about priority or rush or one day. So I’m not sure how they can even offer one day shipping. 2 weeks was a long time to wake up with head and jaw pain. Had I known it would take so long, I would have gotten a crappy one from CVS to hold me over. But I will say, I do love the Cheeky hybrid guard. It feels good and I can speak normally with it in. So I guess I would say give it a try but be patient. Don’t expect to receive it immediately. Don’t select one day shipping. No point. You’ll just fight with customer support.
