My daughter wanted this for Christmas and I ordered it on Black Friday. The tracking number hasn't changed since December 8. I have emailed frequently and was reassured it would arrive for Christmas, but I truly believe this is a scam. I requested a refund and was denied. I'm going to have a very disappointed child; don’t waste your time. I'm really let down.
