I ordered on 4/12 & still not arrived. The tracking link has now expired and the company are not responding to my emails now I have requested a refund. These were meant to be fun christmas gifts for daughter and friend. They took my money on 4/2 so have done a charge back with my credit card company awaiting answers. Feeling let down and out of pocket! Wish I ordered fron trusty amazon!
If I could give no stars I would. I order on Dec 4th and it’s Feb and still haven’t gotten my order or a response from the contact email. I’ve email 4x and nothing. Now if you go to the site it’s not available! Definitely got scammed

I can't provide a rating for the product since it never arrived, even though the service assured me it would be delivered. The tracking system is not user-friendly and simply states that the package is in transit, with no updates for the past 5 weeks. It suggests downloading multiple tracking apps for more information, but this leads to a frustrating cycle where none of the apps function properly, and some even require payment for tracking details, which I find untrustworthy. Initially, I received responses from the support team within 24 hours for my first two emails, but they offered little assistance. Their replies just directed me to check my tracking number again and mentioned that there are carrier delays and tracking issues beyond their control, which have impacted some deliveries, including mine. I still have not seen any sign of my package or received an update on the delivery. They have stopped responding to my recent emails where I requested a refund. I feel deceived and strongly recommend avoiding this service.
Stay away from this service! I regret not checking the reviews before making my purchase. I ordered on December 17th and wasn't too concerned about receiving it in time for Christmas. However, I'm still waiting, and it seems unlikely that I will receive it at all. I reached out to the company multiple times and initially received a response asking if my email address was correct, followed by claims that my order number was invalid. I've now given up and will be contacting my card provider to request a refund. It appears these scammers are profiting from unsuspecting customers like me, just in time for the holidays. It's appalling!
TOTAL SCAM - The item never showed up despite ordering weeks before the holiday season with promised fast express shipping. The tracking number was useless, and after multiple attempts to reach the support team, I was informed that the item was on its way. It still hasn’t arrived, and I requested a refund only to be told I could get one once the item is delivered, which has yet to happen.
I ordered these on December 23rd, so I understood they might not arrive by Christmas. I contacted the support team via email on the 28th, acknowledging that the holiday season can be hectic. However, now that it’s the new year, I still haven’t received any tracking information or a response.

I suspect the responses were automated. Now, they claim I can't get a refund because the items are 'in transit,' which feels absurd. It's Christmas Day, I received nothing, had to buy alternative gifts, and I'm not entitled to a refund. If the items never arrive, what happens then? No refund? It's unacceptable how customers who acted in good faith are treated. I deeply regret trusting this company and will never use them again or recommend them. I plan to file a complaint with trading standards and my credit card provider. Avoid this company! *Update* I received an email on 26.12.2025 (after posting my negative review) stating a refund was issued, but then another email indicated the order was cancelled. Their response to my review is misleading—no refund was given before my negative review. They informed me on 24.12.2025 that I would have to wait for delivery to request a refund. I checked my credit card app and see a pending refund dated today (26.12.2025), yet they accuse me of posting an untrue review. Read the reviews—no refund or cancellation was attempted until I left my review. Again, avoid this company!
My experience mirrors many others. I regret not reading the reviews prior to my order. I placed my order on December 6th, and it was marked as in transit on the 10th. Now it's the 25th, and I still haven't received my item. I reached out to customer support on the 23rd, but I've yet to hear back. I will also be seeking a refund through my bank.
Like many others, I ordered with the 'guaranteed delivery' promise before Christmas. However, the product is nowhere to be found, and the tracking details are ineffective.
