The website is very misleading about delivery times. I didn’t realize it was based in the US; I should have ordered from a different seller. The tracking information has never updated, so I have to email them directly. While their responses are quick, it's always the same: it's on its way. Weeks later, there's still no sign of it, even though it’s supposedly in the UK. Ordering from this company was a huge mistake.
