Like many others, I ordered with the 'guaranteed delivery' promise before Christmas. However, the product is nowhere to be found, and the tracking details are ineffective. I tried reaching out to the support team using the email provided in prior reviews, but it bounced back. I cannot recommend this service and have little hope of receiving what I paid for.
