I've sent 10 emails/messages to the company and was repeatedly assured that the items would be delivered for Christmas, with one representative even personally guaranteeing it. I suspect the responses were automated. Now, they claim I can't get a refund because the items are 'in transit,' which feels absurd. It's Christmas Day, I received nothing, had to buy alternative gifts, and I'm not entitled to a refund. If the items never arrive, what happens then? No refund? It's unacceptable how customers who acted in good faith are treated. I deeply regret trusting this company and will never use them again or recommend them. I plan to file a complaint with trading standards and my credit card provider. Their response to my review is misleading—no refund was given before my negative review. They informed me on 24.12.2025 that I would have to wait for delivery to request a refund. I checked my credit card app and see a pending refund dated today (26.12.2025), yet they accuse me of posting an untrue review. Read the reviews—no refund or cancellation was attempted until I left my review. Again, avoid this company!
