The tracking system is not user-friendly and simply states that the package is in transit, with no updates for the past 5 weeks. It suggests downloading multiple tracking apps for more information, but this leads to a frustrating cycle where none of the apps function properly, and some even require payment for tracking details, which I find untrustworthy. Initially, I received responses from the support team within 24 hours for my first two emails, but they offered little assistance. Their replies just directed me to check my tracking number again and mentioned that there are carrier delays and tracking issues beyond their control, which have impacted some deliveries, including mine. I still have not seen any sign of my package or received an update on the delivery. They have stopped responding to my recent emails where I requested a refund. I feel deceived and strongly recommend avoiding this service.
