Really disappointed with how Chip is when setting up an account, found the process difficult and the app is not user friendly IMO. Help is difficult to ascertain as it is too generic and you go round in circles on their help page. Absolutely impossible to speak to a human and e mail responses, aren’t timely and then less than helpful. I soon got a response when I unlinked my funding account as I didn’t get an option to decline the amount of data they could access on my linked account and got a warning from my provider just what I was authorising Chip to view.For me and my experience Chip is not customer friendly, helpful or gives me confidence. They need to look at the basics for all customers opening an account, needing immediate support or guidance not just ones they lazily assume will have questions answered by a chatbot, or hours later in an email
