I had a unusual technical issue that did not allow me to link my account to current account. When I explained to customer service rep, Rikki she was very helpful in putting me at ease and although the issue was not resolved for 24 hrs, Rikki did make the required transfer to my account immediately and therefore put my mind at ease. The service she provided was professional, informed, patient, empathetic and clear in her guidance.
