Awful experience. I was charged more than advertised and tried to cancel my order within 30 minutes, only to be told it had already shipped. I kept requesting a cancellation and refund, but was instructed to reach out again once I received the product. When it arrived, I didn't open the parcel as they required it to be returned in original packaging. They informed me I would need to cover return postage—offered a 50% refund to keep the product, which I initially accepted but then opened the parcel. The product is cheap, flimsy, and I question its safety. Poor labeling and no information in the box other than a poorly printed guarantee. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
