I would give them less than 1 star if possible. This company is fraudulent—DO NOT PURCHASE. Like many others, I found extra items added to my order. I called just 5 minutes after placing it, and they said it was too late as it had already shipped. I had to cancel my credit card and report them as fraudulent to stop the charge. They refused to cancel my order just 5 minutes after I submitted it.

Once again, I wish I had read the reviews. Another item from overseas. I waited over 2 weeks for my order, and when it finally arrived, it did not fit UK standard outlets, and I couldn't even force it in. A complete waste of money. I faced similar issues with another company and it took 3 weeks to get my money back. Will I ever learn?
I ordered two plugins for my home at £19.99. They arrived three weeks later, but unfortunately, there were no instructions in English. After plugging them in, I’m unsure of their effectiveness. I like to think they are doing something, but I later discovered they are cheaper on another platform.
First sign: DON'T trust a company with a countdown timer for discounts. I ordered one humidifier, but during checkout, I accidentally added three more due to a hidden promotion; the total came up for four in seconds. I attempted to cancel the order, but the company stated my parcel was already dispatched. They are quick to take your money. Do not trust this company! Thankfully, I managed to stop my PayPal payment, but this experience caused me stress. I hope they go out of business soon to prevent further aggravation.
Awful experience. I was charged more than advertised and tried to cancel my order within 30 minutes, only to be told it had already shipped. I kept requesting a cancellation and refund, but was instructed to reach out again once I received the product. When it arrived, I didn't open the parcel as they required it to be returned in original packaging. They informed me I would need to cover return postage—offered a 50% refund to keep the product, which I initially accepted but then opened the parcel. The product is cheap, flimsy, and I question its safety. Poor labeling and no information in the box other than a poorly printed guarantee. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
I received two of these a couple of months ago. Honestly, I can't say they have made any difference. They are positioned near the car trays and the smell remains unchanged. Additionally, these items are not CE marked as they are imported from overseas, which is likely why they take so long to arrive. They could potentially pose a fire risk. AVOID!

I opened a dispute with my bank and payment service. Stay away from this company; they are completely duplicitous.
