Extremely Disappointed with My Order

It all began on 12/4/25 when I placed an order for my cousin's birthday. Just five minutes later, I realized that the order confirmed a medium size instead of the extra large I intended. I admit I should have double-checked! Eventually, I received a message from the support team saying they had corrected the size to extra large. However, when the order arrived, it was shockingly a medium, not the extra large I was promised! After reaching out to support multiple times, I was offered a 15% refund, which later increased to 25% after my complaints, but they refused to refund the full amount. The item I received was of poor quality, feeling like cheap material. I've had much better experiences ordering from other platforms and will stick to them instead of this one. My emails are ignored, and they won't acknowledge the misinformation from their representative. I did not receive what I ordered, and now they're refusing to refund me! This feels like a scam—avoid it at all costs! They claim to be local, but they are actually based overseas.

Warning: Avoid Purchasing from This Seller - they appear to be a scam. I have not received the items I ordered back in November. They send emails stating that items have shipped, but they never do. If you want to track your shipment, you must download an unfamiliar app. It's concerning what risks might be associated with an app I've never encountered.

If I could give a lower rating, I would. The item is from overseas and is NOTHING like what was promised. There’s nothing “comfortable” or “soft” about it. Avoid wasting your money.
