Although my items arrived safely and I received prompt responses, the initial contact was professional, and the ground staff were skilled, the delivery took a month instead of the promised week. This delay really raises questions about their planning. Communication also needs improvement; the accounting team made me feel like my delivery was held hostage until I paid a small outstanding amount. They waited until the last minute to inform me of the delivery time, making it hard to plan my life after waiting a month without my belongings. Relocation is stressful, and I didn't have a good experience with the company. However, I hope my situation was an exception and that future customers have a better experience.
