I spent 5000€ for removal from Ireland to Estonia and from pictures can be seen the result of the shipment. I was asking extra care for my antique furniture and nothing was done to prevent such kind of damages. I paid extra money for insurance cover and after 6 weeks I'm still waiting for some clear answers about my claim. Get Cracking didn't provide any kind of support, never say sorry and disappear completely. Issue can happen of course but I was expecting a full understanding and support from Get Cracking to fix the issue with their insurance company. Really poor experience.I had damages for 4500€ but the insurance company provided by Get Cracking LTD refunded only 2650€...so be aware about it as well.
