While my items did arrive safely and the responses from the team were prompt, the initial interaction with the sales representative was professional, and I appreciated a small gesture due to a miscommunication. However, the delivery took a month instead of the promised week, and a month and a half if I count from the bank transfer! This raises concerns about their operational planning. Additionally, their overall communication needs significant improvement. The accounting team made me feel as if my delivery was held hostage until I paid a small outstanding amount. They waited until the very last minute to inform me of the delivery time and date, making it difficult to plan my life, especially after waiting a month and transitioning to a more settled life without my belongings. The lack of named email addresses adds to the confusion; when a member of the operations team is on leave, it feels like everything halts. Relocation delivery is a sensitive matter; you entrust all your belongings to a transporter. You need expedience and clarity during this stressful time to feel settled as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, my experience was not satisfactory. In closing, I want to acknowledge that my experience might be an exception, and I genuinely hope for better outcomes for them and their clients in the future.
