Awesome quality neons!

Custom Neon made the experience of customizing and ordering a sign super easy and enjoyable. They were super quick on getting back to me with the mock sketch of the design and were super good about making a couple small adjustments after! I absolutely love the turn out of my custom neon sign. I highly recommend

So cool and unique! 2nd sign and they've earned my trust.

The custom sign I ordered looks so awesome! I completed a custom sign request describing what I wanted, including one of the fonts already offered, size of the sign (after using their online tool to estimate how big the text would be), color, and the description of an image I wanted them to draw up and how to arrange it with the text. They emailed me a great first draft in less than 24 hours, then I asked for a modification which they did within a few hours, then I approved it and said go. They sent a confirmation and I received the sign one week later. I had to pay the expedited shipping charge because I needed it in less than two weeks and didn't want to risk it. It was well packed with everything to make it work. I did have to pay for it before I could submit my design request which could make you nervous, but this is my second sign I've had them make and they have earned my trust. They also added a very reasonable additional cost for the graphic portion because I only paid for the text part to get the order submitted. Note that they appear to work in late afternoon and evenings (based on my local pacific time), so that's when you will most likely get emails from them. Give them a try. Their signs are so unique and cool! You will love it!

100% plastic

No where does it say the sign is 100% plastic and LED. Yes, it is bright enough, but the plastic backing bleeds and glows with the all plastic cheap fixture. Not as represented.
