I have asked for a dispute letter to be sent out twice for one company and another for a different one recently. I paid $45 for all three letters, yet I have received no confirmation of their dispatch. Despite emailing multiple times, I've had no response, and I was charged upfront. If your support email is unresponsive, why maintain the website? It would be helpful if customers were informed when letters are sent or if tracking numbers were provided. Your service has potential but is currently lacking. My initial experience was great, but now I feel abandoned. Please improve your services for better customer satisfaction.
