Since I began using the program, my score has decreased. This feels like a scam focused solely on profit. I wish I could find others who shared positive experiences, as many comments seem misleading. I'm considering legal action due to the financial losses.
I have asked for a dispute letter to be sent out twice for one company and another for a different one recently. I paid $45 for all three letters, yet I have received no confirmation of their dispatch. Despite emailing multiple times, I've had no response, and I was charged upfront. If your support email is unresponsive, why maintain the website? It would be helpful if customers were informed when letters are sent or if tracking numbers were provided. Your service has potential but is currently lacking. My initial experience was great, but now I feel abandoned. Please improve your services for better customer satisfaction.
A school took $4500 and failed to deliver services. I initiated a demand letter through this service, and after the other party didn’t respond, I pursued small claims. I paid additional fees for an online notary, believing assistance was being provided. Months passed with no updates, and when I contacted the court, I found nothing had been filed. I found out today that you still charge customers while failing to file cases as advertised. This is misleading, especially since I was assigned a company from another state despite being in a different location. After a year of delays and issues, I discovered that you no longer file cases. This false advertising should be illegal.
