Following the response from the service, I lost my case due to incorrect filings. You misrepresented the situation, and my case was refiled for additional fees despite the errors being on your part. I found out today that you still charge customers while failing to file cases as advertised. This is misleading, especially since I was assigned a company from another state despite being in a different location. After a year of delays and issues, I discovered that you no longer file cases. This false advertising should be illegal.
