Disgusting company. Like one of the other reviews we got the findster product which worked well at the time. Even got the findster subscription which I have since tried to cancel but can’t.At the time we even funded them on indigiego for the upgraded model 24x7 pet tracker which has turned out to be a scam. Product changed and there’s been no communication, and no product delivery since - last official update was almost a year ago as well. The so called new health checker is available for order. Contacted the company about this as well - no reply. Every email has been ghosted.With regards to the subscription service, there is no easy way to cancel this and despite non-existent service and communication they still keep taking money for the subscription from my account.Extremely disappointed. They are disgusting thieves!
