A payment was unfortunately not processed over the Easter holiday which resulted in some issues and fees. After reaching out to the chat help for information through the Flex app, a ticket was created to send in for further investigation. Darwin reached out so quickly, responded to all of my concerns, walked me through the process and offered to submit it to other representatives for review. Within such a short period of time, they were able to assist and resolve the problem which resulted in an incredibly positive outcome. I am sincerely grateful for their help, again Darwin made this possible by listening to my concerns respectfully and through understanding and exemplary customer support. Flex has made it possible for me to be on my own for the first time in my life without so much worry and financial stress. I am truly grateful for this company, and how they assist myself and others with living expenses through their payment options.
