I am sharing this review because I have exhausted all avenues for resolving my issue with the support team. My hope is that by making my experience public, the company will finally acknowledge their responsibility and provide the solution that has been consistently denied through customer service. On December 3rd, the company attempted to charge $840 from my linked payment method. This amount was successfully withdrawn from my bank account, and I have all necessary documentation to support this. After the debit, my card declined any further attempts since the initial transaction had already gone through. However, the company did not complete the transaction on their end. Consequently, the payment is stuck in a pending status, and my bank has confirmed that the charge is waiting solely for the company to accept or finalize it. The funds are not in my account, nor have they been credited to my account with the company. This situation has left me in a dire predicament: • I cannot pay my rent directly, • I cannot incur late fees, • I cannot pay an additional $840 since that amount has already been withdrawn, • And support continues to claim the issue lies with the bank, despite clear evidence from my bank that the next step must come from the company. I have been attempting to resolve this for days, and the lack of action or accountability has caused me extreme stress. I am eight months pregnant, and this situation has severely impacted my health and wellbeing. No customer—especially in my condition—should be left without answers while their funds are essentially unaccounted for. I am publicly urging the company to: 1. Contact my bank immediately to finalize the pending transaction, 2. Acknowledge the withdrawn funds, and 3. Provide an urgent resolution, as this delay is causing genuine financial and personal distress.
