The service is terrible. I made twice payments due to their website and application seems to be not synchronized, and I couldn’t use the App anymore after Apple AppStore refund me one of the payments. I reached out to the help desk for so many days to activate my subscription, but no answer even after they read my message. Now I got really lost my patience and I don’t trust them anymore. Just refund me!
