I signed up for the trial, but during the setup, I mistakenly registered for an additional service. I was only able to cancel one subscription but not the other. When I reached out to the support team via chat, I was misinformed that all subscriptions had been canceled and that I wouldn't be charged again. However, upon checking my account, the service is still active, and I cannot cancel it or remove my payment information. The automated chat system made it difficult for me to request a refund, forcing me to go through the process several times. I eventually found the customer service email, but I have yet to receive a response. I'm concerned about whether I will get a refund.
