I ordered these insoles, and although they were marked as delivered, they were left unattended on the front desk of my building instead of in our secure package lockers just 2 feet away. This led to my package being stolen by a food delivery person, as shown by the lobby cameras. The service refused to help with my missing package and insisted the delivery company confirmed it was delivered, despite evidence showing it was left open on a desk. I was not allowed to get package coverage when I ordered, and a message indicated it wasn’t available at checkout, which I now regret. The service offered no assistance, denied a refund, and refused redelivery. I do not recommend them.
