I also got scammed. I tried to return these (cheaply made, not worth the money) and Footstr gave me a false address in Sweden. I made $20 to ship them. They were deemed "undeliverable" and returned to me. A month later I received an invoice from UPS for $70 for customs since they were sent back to me in the U.S. Bullshit.

Issues with Refund Process and Customer Service

I ordered insoles for my daughter, but the podiatrist determined they were unnecessary. I faced a frustrating situation, as it took more than 26 emails to attempt to secure a refund, despite their advertised 90-day money-back guarantee. After returning the items to the address provided, which cost me £10, the package was sent back due to an incorrect address. They agreed to refund the product cost and the shipping expenses I incurred because of their error. However, once it reached their accounts team, they refused to compensate me for the shipping. Their level of professionalism is lacking, and they do not prioritize customer care. I recommend looking for other, more trustworthy companies that treat their customers better.

Delivery mishap

I ordered these insoles, and although they were marked as delivered, they were left unattended on the front desk of my building instead of in our secure package lockers just 2 feet away. This led to my package being stolen by a food delivery person, as shown by the lobby cameras. The service refused to help with my missing package and insisted the delivery company confirmed it was delivered, despite evidence showing it was left open on a desk. I was not allowed to get package coverage when I ordered, and a message indicated it wasn’t available at checkout, which I now regret. The service offered no assistance, denied a refund, and refused redelivery. I do not recommend them.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!

AVOID THIS COMPANY! They sent me a men's size 14 insole instead of the children's size 1 I ordered. I left it in the original packaging since it's useless to us, and requested a return via email. They asked for a photo of the item, which I provided. They DENIED my return request and offered a 10% refund while asking me to keep the insoles. I insisted that the insoles were far too large for my order and sought a full refund. They responded with a 'final' offer of a 20% refund and keeping the item. I'm contacting the BBB and leaving reviews everywhere to warn others against wasting their money on this scam.

Scam! Save your time and money

This company is horrific and a scam at its worst. I ordered mine on November 17, and it's now December 1, yet they still haven't shipped. I contacted customer service, and they just keep saying that tracking will be updated once the item is shipped. My son is still in pain, and I've decided to take him to his primary care provider. I'm convinced that these ads cannot be trusted anymore. Save your time and money and go to your primary care provider for insoles.

Ineffective for my child

These do not work for my child. I requested a size 2 for kids but received adult-sized pads instead. Shipping took forever, and I paid 45 dollars including shipping. You can find similar products for 11 dollars elsewhere!

Awful experience

This company is terrible. I asked for a refund immediately but received no response for four business days, only to be told they couldn't process it because it was shipped. They had four business days to cancel my order but created the shipping label the same day they replied. Stay away from them; the insoles are generic with a huge markup. I canceled due to numerous reports of undelivered products and warnings about them being a scam.

Do not buy from this company

Avoid purchasing from this company. They have been incredibly difficult to deal with. They refuse to provide a return code and keep trying to negotiate deals to prevent me from getting my money back.
