Previously, I had ordered the collar for my furbaby, and it worked fabulously. I repurchased another collar and a pendant as well, to see how the pendant would work out for the summer months. I purchased the combo of both in December 2025. He had his winter haircut in November and did not have any fleas. I started with the collar on December 23, 2025. By February, my dog started to scratch his hair out. I figured it was mange or his allergies, as I just knew his collar was working as it had in the past. In March, I cut his hair and found flea dirt! So, it was fleas the whole time. All the while, he was wearing the collar that I purchased just in December (order #FL557371! Honestly, I should have been paying more attention, but I have been dealing with the sudden death of my husband. All the while, my furbaby was being eaten alive by fleas!! He's a light-haired cockapoo, and now his beautiful skin is speckled with dark flea bites, so he looks like a Dalmatian with his spring haircut. Now I have to put a sweater on him until his hair grows over those disgusting flea bite marks. I'm so disappointed as I truly trusted this product for my 13-year-old furbaby's health. Sadly, I have to go back to putting poison on his skin monthly.
