I accidentally ordered the 8 month collar rather than the 12 month one that attaches to the collar, Julia was able to quickly cancel my order and order the correct ones. This is our second year with these. We had no flea or tick issues with our pup last uear. Much better than putting toxins in their bodies.
I use this on my dog every year it work great never had a problem and the company is very friendly too if u haven't tried it please do for ur pet it a good one it won't let u done and ur pets will love u for it .

I was really pleased with the product that I received last year, and that is why I ordered another one for this year. However, the pendant that I received was defective. I immediately contacted FurLife and sent them a picture of how I received it. FurLife responded immediately to my situation, and within hours, not days, they had scheduled a shipment for a replacement of the defective pendant at no additional charege. In my experience, the pendant attracts the very pests it's meant to deter. Prior to using it, we occasionally discovered ticks on our dog. However, after attaching the pendant to her collar as instructed, the frequency of tick bites has increased. We're now finding 2-3 ticks weekly, particularly around her head, neck, and shoulders, where the device is located. The support team has been unhelpful and has ceased communication regarding our concerns.

The representative responded promptly and successfully cancelled my order, refunding the incorrect credit card so I could reorder with the right one.
