The product had been on my dogs for about a month now and they are still flea and tick free. Also, I had a problem with opening the second package and cut one end of the holder off. I attached it to my dogs collar by the one end and it is still working to keep her flea free and happy but the disk keeps coming out. When I let them know, Julia responded promply and has sent out one that has not been damaged by me. It was a very quick response. I really appreciate it. They have been a very reliable company to work with. Thank you very much Julia for your kindness in this matter and I will be very careful when opening the replacement holder.
