I really disliked getting an email 2 hours before my order dispatch was confirmed telling me that one of my choices was unavailable and then proceeding to swap it for a fragrance that I NEVER order and do not like? 1 why not pause the order until I had a chance to change it or ask me with more time before the order dispatch2 why on earth didn’t you swap for a fragrance that I actually have chosen rather than something I don’t want!!!Up to now I have been super happy with Fussy and love the product but disappointed this time with the process
