I have an immune disorder which makes me A) very sensitive to chemicals and smells and B) prone to hot flushes (cue lots of sudden sweating at random times🥵). Fussy is by s a long stretch the best product I have come across. It works, it smells truly lovely (and not overwhelming) and it fits with my ethical code, to boot! Highly recommend 👌👌👌
Absolutely LOVE fussy. I swapped to it after having breast cancer and was very conscious about what I was putting on my skin. It works amazingly well, is gentle, smells lush and lasts ages. I've swapped my husband and 3 children to it now too.
Delivery isn't fast but it's reliable.

I had a reaction to the standard formula and reached out to Fussy's support team. Alicia was absolutely wonderful, patient, thorough, and genuinely helpful. She guided me through the issue, explained what might have caused the reaction, and went above and beyond to send me two replacement products from their sensitive range with express delivery at no cost to me. I'm waiting to give them a try.
On top of the great service, the deodorant itself is fantastic, unlike the other brand, it leaves no white marks or residue. Highly recommend!
The aftercare service has been great. My first experience was not what I expected but they live up to their name - me being the fussy one. They made a fussy person happy. The product is excellent and I am impressed. Wavy Days is the one that won me over.
Best deodrant ever. I can say that after using it for almost a year, this is the only one in the market that would not make me smell (including every deodrant in the market, not just the "clean" ones) and Im a runner and go clubbing.

I am finding Fussy to be a great company. The deodorant I have used is really effective, the scents are great, ordering/subscribing and being able to change any of those things, even up to almost the last minute, is easy, the customer service is really good .. Not just the answer to sweaty armpits it turns out!

I was kind of skeptical at first, I’ve tried many deodorants, but hands down, this is the best ever! It really last about 24 hours where I smell fantastic!

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with this purchase. The deodorants were delivered in card packaging rather than in the standard retail packaging typically sold in stores. This difference was not clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
Due to this discrepancy, I attempted to initiate a return. However, my request was denied, and no reasonable alternative solution was offered. I find this response unacceptable, particularly given that the product packaging differs from what a customer would reasonably expect.
Additionally, the return policy appears to be misleading, as it does not clearly address situations involving differences in product presentation. I believe this matter deserves further review and a fair resolution.
