There's nothing wrong with the product. The ordering procedure is very annoying: it defaults to a subscription that I do not want! Then I have to go to the trouble of cancelling the subscription, confirming that I want to cancel it, saying yes I'm really sure I want to cancel. I just want to buy something when I need it - and, yes, I know there's a box to tick when I'm ordering but I've missed it twice now and I'm tempted not to order from you again.Your order form needs more thought!
