Love the product but customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I’m a new customer and I’ve ordered twice and both times my order was returned due to evri refusing to deliver as they were sent out as postal only and due to the package being too big to fit through my letter box on both occasions the items were sent back. I also paid for next day delivery, this wasn’t done. No apology or acknowledgment that I had paid extra for next day delivery just said they’d send out another. I explained not to send via evri due to the issue but low and behold that wasn’t acknowledged either and they sent it the exact same way. So I’m still without products I’ve paid for 🤷♀️
