I was instructed by the company to cancel my existing contract due to a change in my bank details and to establish a new contract with my updated card information. I believed I followed these steps correctly. However, they reinstated my previous contract using my new details, resulting in me paying for two contracts! Additionally, they sent my old contract order to my address while I was on holiday, using my new card details. I've requested that they arrange for the return of my old order, which was sent in error (the parcel remains unopened). Four days have passed, and the only communication I've received from the service is a request for a review of my experience! So here it is! Please organize the pick-up of my unopened old order and issue a full refund for the canceled contract. I hope to hear from you soon with a resolution that doesn’t leave me at a loss.
